The Comet Café Lounge on the second floor includes a large open dining seating area near various dining options. The TV Lounge on the first floor features ample seating for table top games and gaming TVs. The Alma Mater Lounge is a small lounge on the first floor with an area for studying and relaxing.
Adjacent to The Pub, The Patio is an outdoor option with shaded dining. There are also picnic tables surrounding the Student Union, as well as the Plinth, a space for outdoor events and concerts.
Registered student organizations and departments (staff and faculty) must use the Room Reservation System (known as EMS) to request Student Union facilities along with other specific campus venues.
EMS Room Reservation Training is now available via eLearning for the fall 2021 semester! Email [email protected] with questions.
- EMS Training will be available until Sept. 30.
- This is required training for all registered student organizations (RSO). All three designated room reservation representatives must complete the training.
- When signed into eLearning, look for the "Student Union Reservations" organization on your homepage under My Organizations.
