Student Union-controlled spaces include certain outdoor areas and three buildings: the Student Union (SU), the Student Services Building (SSB) and the Student Services Building Addition (SSA).

University Recreation (URec)
Student organizations can request a space in the Activity Center directly through URec.
Eugene McDermott Library
Individual and group study rooms are available.
Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center
Student organizations must contact the Student Organization Center to possibly reserve this location.
Fees apply for university departments and community organizations.
Sector 7 Energy Esports Gaming Arena
The Esports arena and practice room is reserved and operated by the Esports and Gaming Department at UT Dallas. UTD departments or organizations interested in reserving the space should contact the Esports program staff.
