Reservations: Student Union Spaces

Mazévo is the UTD Student Union’s event scheduling software for the Student Union, Student Services Building & Addition, and the SU Mall.

Room reservation requests can currently be submitted through Mazévo for the Spring 2024 semester and the Summer 2024 semester.

Booking for the Fall 2024 semester will open on the following dates:

Student Organizations: July 8 at Noon
Departments: July 22 at Noon

Please be advised that Mazévo reservations are for authorized faculty, staff, and student organization designated room schedulers only.

What is Mazévo?

Mazévo is a comprehensive event scheduling system, founded by industry veterans with nearly 100 years of combined scheduling experience. Cloud-based and PC/Mac/tablet/mobile friendly, the platform dramatically simplifies the scheduling process for the event host.

How do I access Mazévo?

To submit a reservation request, log in at utdunion.mymazevo.com using your UTD NetID and password. If you do not have an account already, you will need to request one. If you are having problems logging into Mazévo, please contact the Student Union Reservations Office.

Who can access Mazévo?

Designated room schedulers include:

UTD Departments (professional faculty/staff).
UTD Sponsored Groups.
UTD Registered Student Organizations.
- Each semester, student organizations submit three official space schedulers to the Student Organization Center (SOC) when they re-register their organization. Only these three people may have a Mazévo account.

Individuals who are not associated with any of the above groups may not submit reservation requests through Mazévo. Only common outdoor spaces can be occupied by community groups to express free speech. Learn details about Speech Expression and Assembly
